Strike-off

The representative of the Office or the Organiser of the international recognized exhibition EXPO 2027 Belgrade Serbia shall submit a registration application for the strike-off of the Office from the Register, based on which the Agency shall publish a notice of initiation of the strike-off procedure on the Register’s website.

The strike-off of the Office from the Register may be carried out when the representative of the Office or the Organiser of the international recognized exhibition EXPO 2027 Belgrade Serbia provides the Agency with:

• a statement by the Organiser’s representative that the exhibition space assigned for use by the Office has been returned to the Organiser;
• a statement by the Office’s representative confirming that all obligations of the Office toward creditors have been settled and that no proceedings are pending against the Office;
• a certificate from the competent tax authorities confirming the cessation of public revenue obligations and the deletion from the value-added taxpayer (VAT) records, which may be obtained by the Organiser;
• a certificate issued by the ministry responsible for justice affairs confirming the absence of any proceedings in the Republic of Serbia that could result in any obligation for the Office, which may be obtained by the Organiser; and
• a decision of the Office regarding the distribution of remaining assets and the completion of the Office strike-off procedure.
