The Map of the Regional Development Measures and Incentives Register (RegRDMI Map), which provides a comprehensive overview of the development of the domestic economy and which contains the annual data for 2024, has been published by the Serbian Business Registers Agency.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all users that the receipt of regular annual financial statements for 2024 has been successfully completed within the legally-prescribed deadline. Approximately 288,000 requests for public disclosure of financial statements or documentation were submitted through the Agency's special information system, of which 89% of the submitted requests refer to regular annual financial statements, and 11% to statements of inactivity.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs its customers that the legally-prescribed deadline for submitting the regular annual financial statement for 2024, whose balance sheet date is 31 December 2024, expires on Monday, 31 March 2025, at midnight.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) has been informed that certain companies are contacting newly incorporated business entities and other legal entities to pay a "one-time fee" for "automatic entry" in their "registers" and "business databases". Additionally, they are submitting payment slips with a printed payment amount, which has mislead certain legal entities into believing that the indicated amount refers to fees for services provided by the Agency.
