Pursuant to the Decision on Fees for Registration Procedures and Other Services Provided by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 95/25 of 31 October, 2025), which comes into effect on 1 January, 2026, the amounts of fees for services provided by the Agency to users have been amended.
Updated information on the new fee amounts will be published on the Agency’s website, in the sections relating to individual registers and records, as of 1 January, 2026. Therefore, all users are kindly requested to familiarize themselves in detail with the amended fee amounts for the service they intend to initiate by submitting a registration application or request to the Serbian Business Registers Agency prior to filing.
