SBRA makes its registers’ data publicly available through an Internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) or web services. Any other accessing method and unauthorized downloading of the data (applications, scripts, and other data downloading and reviewing tools) will be disabled.

Instructions for data searches

The database of the Register of Agreements on Financing Agricultural Production can be searched by using two key search criteria, specifically:

  1. Debtor; and
  2. Filing number of the application for registration of an agreement on financing agricultural production in the Register of Agreements on Financing Agricultural Production (“RPU br.”).

If the creditor’s claim under the agreement on financing agricultural production is secured by a pledge on future agricultural products and other movable property and rights, then please search the Register of Pledges on Movable Property and Rights by pledged asset.

If the creditor’s claim under the agreement on financing agricultural production is secured by a mortgage, for data on the encumbrances attached to a specific property, please contact the National Geodetic Institute, Real Estate Cadaster, as the authority competent for mortgage registration.

Search by debtor

When searching the database by debtor, depending on whether the latter is a natural or legal entity, please use the following search criteria:

  • for a domestic natural entity/sole proprietor, enter the first and last name and/or business name and/or registration number;
  • for a foreign natural entity/sole proprietor, enter the first and last name and/or passport number and/or state of issue;
  • for a domestic company/other legal entity, enter its business name and/or registration number;
  • for a foreign company/other legal entity, enter its business name and/or designation under which it is kept in the foreign register.

NOTE: When searching the database by the business name of a business entity, it is necessary to also perform a search by the registration number of that business entity. When searching the database by debtor, if the latter is a natural person and owner of a small business, you should perform a two-fold search: by first and last name and/or unique master citizen number (“JMBG”) of the individual and by business name and registration number of the small business.

Search by pledged asset

If the pledged asset is an agricultural product, the available search criteria are:

  • name of crop;
  • type/class;
  • variety;
  • cadastral municipality;
  • number of cadastral lot;
  • municipality;
  • town;
  • street;
  • number.

The criteria can be used individually or cumulatively.

NOTE: When searching the database by using search criteria that describe the pledged asset, it is recommended that you also perform a search by debtor. The required registration supporting documents are kept by the Serbian Business Registers Agency and any interested party can access these and check whether a specific asset is encumbered by a pledge.

Search by RPU number

When searching the database by RPU number, you are required to enter the file number assigned by the Serbian Business Registeres Agency (the so-called RPU br.). Please, enter the numbers in the following format: хххх/хх, i.e. without adding the –х.
