Creating an account in the System of the Serbian Business Registers Agency represents the initial step to be taken by the users accessing the System for the first time. To assist its users, the Agency has prepared a detailed video instruction on how to create an account.
Signing with a qualified electronic signature of the legal representative in the electronic form via the Internet is explained in the Technical Instructions for signing documents and applications with a qualified electronic certificate.
