About the Service Desk

The Agency's Service Desk was launched in 2014 as part of the Serbian Business Registers Agency's IT sector and its main purpose is to provide technical support to users of the Agency's services and help them solve any problems they may encounter while using the electronic services provided by the Agency. Each year, the SBRA’s Service Desk handles approximately 20,000 reports sent in by email and answers approximately 15,000 phone calls.
