In accordance with the Law on the Central Records of Beneficial Owners and at the request of the interested party, the Agency shall issue:

  1. An excerpt from the Central Records on the data on beneficial owners of the registered entity;
  2. A certificate from the Central Records containing historical data on the beneficial owners of the registered entity (the so-called 'certificate for a registered entity');

The application can be filed electronically, through the Centralized User Login System of the Agency or in writing, on a prescribed application form.

If the application is filed electronically, through the Centralized User Login System, the fee for the issuance of an excerpt and/or certificate shall also be paid electronically.

When applying for excerpts and/or certificates in written form, proof of payment of the fee for the issuance of an excerpt or certificate shall be attached to the application form.

The Agency shall issue an excerpt or certificate in the form of an electronic document or in paper form.

The legal deadline for issuing an excerpt or certificate in paper form is 2 (two) days from the date of submission of the application. The excerpt and/or document which has been ordered through the Centralized User Login System in the form of an electronic document, shall be available for download immediately after the payment has been made.

The fee for the issuance of an excerpt in the form of an electronic document has been reduced and now amounts to RSD 850.

The fee for the issuance of an excerpt in paper form amounts to RSD 1,700.

The fee for the issuance of a certificate on recorded data amounts to RSD 500 per data item (calculated according to the number of beneficial owner changes with the registered entity, i.e. according to the number of entities with which the natural person is registered as the beneficial owner).

The application for the issuance of an excerpt or certificate may be submitted by any interested party, and the document shall be collected by him/her or by a person authorized by him/her to collect the documents.
