The Register of Health Facilities and Integrated Records of Health Operators, established under the Health Care Law (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 25/2019), is administered by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) as a delegated responsibility.

The Register of Health Facilities has been operational since 11 October 2020.

The following regulations apply to the procedure of registration of health facilities with the Register of Health Facilities kept by the SBRA (available in the Regulations page):

The Register of Health Facilities is an electronic, central, public database on health facilities registered for providing health care services on the basis of a decision of the health or pharmaceutical inspector attesting to compliance with the statutory requirements for practicing health care activities.

The Integrated Records of Health Operators consist of integrated data on health facilities and doctors’ practices operating in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
