SBRA makes its registers’ data publicly available through an Internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) or web services. Any other accessing method and unauthorized downloading of the data (applications, scripts, and other data downloading and reviewing tools) will be disabled.
Factoring – data search
The SBRA’s website provides a data search function that allows access to data on granted and revoked licenses for the performance of factoring services, submitted by the line ministry of financial affairs, pursuant to the Factoring Law which came into force on 24 July 2013.
Data on granted and revoked licenses are registered ex officio, immediately upon the delivery of the decisions by the line ministry on granting and revoking licenses for the performance of factoring services.

Instructions for searching data in the Factoring Register
You can search the database of the Factoring Register by using the following three basic search criteria:
- factoring entity,
- file number of the decision of the line ministry of financial affairs in the Register,
- number of the decision of the line ministry on granting or revoking a license for the performance of factoring services.
Search by factoring entity
If the database is searched by factoring entity, enter the data on the registration code of the company, which the ministry’s decision applies to.
Search by the file number of the decision of the line ministry of financial affairs in the Factoring Register (FA No)
The search key is the file number of the concrete decision of the line ministry of financial affairs. The correct format for entering the number is: FA хххх/хххх.

The search key is the number of the decision by the ministry on granting or revoking a license for the performance of factoring services.
