The Register of Cultural Institutions, established under the Culture Law (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos. 72/2009, 13/2016, 30/2016-corrected, 47/2001 and 78/2021), is administered by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) as a delegated responsibility. 

The Register of Cultural Institutions has been operational as of 18 November 2022.

The Register of Cultural Institutions is an electronic, central, public database of registered cultural institutions. 

Until the start of the Register's operations, the competent commercial courts handled the registration of cultural institutions.

The following regulations apply to the procedure of registration of cultural institutions with the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the SBRA (available on the Regulations page):
