Issuance of Excerpts, Certificates, Copies of Entry of Registrar’s Decisions and Copies of Documents

Payments of the fees for excerpts, certificates, copies of entry of Registrar’s decisions and copies of documents shall be made to Account No.: 840-29770845-52, according to Model 97; a reference number is to be downloaded here, by clicking on: “Прeузмитe пoзив нa брoj” (“Download a reference number”). The obtained generated reference number must be entered in the payment slip and is valid for one payment only).

Excerpt by a RPU number (“RPU br.”)

An excerpt from the Register is a public document, which contains all registered information on a particular agreement on financing agricultural production, as at the excerpt issue date.

A request for issuance of an excerpt from the Register of Agreements on Financing Agricultural Production is made in a free form and can be submitted by any interested party.

The request must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for issuance of an excerpt from the Register shall amount to RSD 1,700.

The request can be submitted by any interested party.

The request can be submitted directly at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, Brankova 25, or any of its thirteen organizational units, or be sent by mail.

Addresses of organizational units are displayed in the section “Contacts”.

An excerpt shall be issued within two workdays from the date of receipt of the application. If the request is submitted in person, at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, it can be obtained immediately.

Certificate

A certificate is a public document, which confirms that a certain individual is registered as a creditor or debtor, stating the basic data on the registered agreement on financing agricultural production, or which confirms that a certain individual is not registered as a creditor or debtor.

A certificate confirms whether data or documents were registered, in other words whether a documents is kept in the Register.

A request for issuance of a certificate from the Register of Agreements on Financing Agricultural Production is made in a free form and can be submitted by any interested party.

The request must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for issuing certificates from the Register shall amount to

• RSD 1,500 for a certificate on data on a specific registered entity or asset, stating the file number under which the requested data are registered and the basic data on the registered entity/asset. If the certificate is issued for several immovable/movable assets and/or natural/legal entities, the fee is increased by an additional RSD 200 for every additional asset/entity;
• RSD 1,000 for a certificate that the Register does not contain data on an agreement on financing agricultural production. If the certificate is issued for several movable/immovable asset, and/or natural/legal entities, the fee is increased by additional RSD 200 for each additional asset/entity,
• RSD 1,000 per data item, for a certificate on data contained in the registration supporting documents, or a certificate on data that were registered in the past.

The request can be submitted by any interested party.

The request can be submitted directly at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, Brankova 25, or any of its thirteen organizational units, or be sent by mail.

A certificate shall be issued within two workdays from the date of receipt of the request.

Copy of Entry of Registrar’s Decision

A request for issuance of a copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision from the Register of Agreements on Financing Agricultural Production is made in a free form and may be submitted by the parties to the agreement or other parties who have legal interest.

The requst can be submitted directly at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, at Brankova 25, or any of its thirteen organizational units, or be sent by mail.

The request must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for issuance of a copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision shall amount to RSD 1,700.

A copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision shall be issued within two workdays from the date of receipt of the request, and if it is submitted in person at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, it shall be obtained immediately

Issuance of Copies of Documents and Access to the Archives

Any interested party may also request issuance of copies of documents based on which the registration or strike-off of data from the Register was performed. More information in this respect is available in the section “Archives”.
