Excerpts, Certificates, Copies of Entry of the Registrar’s Decisions and Copies of Documents

Payments of the fees for excerpts, certificates, copies of entry of the Registrar’s decisions and copies of documents shall be made to Account No.: 840-29770845-52, according to Model 97; a reference number is to be downloaded here, by clicking on: “Прeузмитe пoзив нa брoj” (“Download a reference number”). The obtained generated reference number must be entered in the payment slip and is valid for one payment only).

Excerpt by SZ. number (“SZ. br.”)

An excerpt from the Register is an official document (public document) of the Register of Injunctions, containing the complete data on a particular provisional remedy (prohibiting alienation or encumbrance of a particular movable or immovable asset, or real right over real estate) registered in the Register.

The Application Form for the Issuance of Excerpts/Certificates from the Register of Injunctions is posted in the section “Forms”.

The Application Form must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for the issuance of an excerpt from the Register shall amount to RSD 1,700.

The Application Form can be submitted by any interested party.

The Application Form can be submitted directly at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, at Brankova 25, or any of its thirteen organizational units, or be sent by mail.

An excerpt shall be issued within two workdays from the date of receipt of the application. If the application is submitted in person, at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, it can be obtained immediately.

The Application Form is posted in the section “Forms” and can be completed and downloaded free of charge, while the paper copies thereof can be obtained at the Agency’s registered office in Belgrade or any of its organizational units, for a fee of RSD 120.

Certificate

A certificate is a public document confirming that a particular movable or immovable asset or real right over real estate is registered as the object of an injunction prohibiting the alienation and/or encumbrance, or that a particular natural entity is registered as the enforcement debtor, providing basic information on the provisional remedy, or confirming that a particular movable or immovable asset or real right over real estate is not registered as the object of an injunction prohibiting the alienation and/or encumbrance, or that a particular natural entity is not registered as the enforcement debtor.

A certificate also confirms whether data or documents were registered, in other words whether a documents is kept in the Register.

The Application Form must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for issuing certificates from the Register shall amount to

• RSD 1,500 for a certificate on data on a particualr registered entity or asset, stating the file number under which the requested data are registered and the basic data on the registered entity/asset. If the certificate is issued for several immovable/movable assets and/or natural/legal entities, the fee is increased by an additional RSD 200 for every additional asset/entity;
• RSD 1,000 for a certificate that the Register does not contain data on an agreement on financing agricultural production. If the certificate is issued for several movable/immovable asset, and/or natural/legal entities, the fee is increased by additional RSD 200 for each additional asset/entity,
• RSD 1,000 per data item, for a certificate on data contained in the registration supporting documents, or a certificate on data that were registered in the past,

Copy of Entry of the Registrar’s Decision

The application for the Issuance of a copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision from the Register of Injunctions is made in a free form and may be submitted by the parties or other parties who have legal interest.

The application can be submitted directly at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, at Brankova 25, or any of its thirteen organizational units, or be sent by mail.

The application must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee.

The fee for the issuance of a copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision shall amount to RSD 1,700.

A copy of entry of the Registrar’s decision shall be issued within two workdays from the date of receipt of the application, and if it is submitted in person at the registered office of the Serbian Business Registers Agency in Belgrade, it shall be obtained immediately

Issuance of Copies of Documents and Access to the Archives

Any interested party may also request issuance of copies of documents based on which the registration or strike-off of data from the Register was performed. More information in this respect is available in the section “Archives”.
