Submitting a request for data delivery through standardized reports

The user’s authorized person is required to submit the request to the SBRA on the prescribed form which consists of a general and special section.

The special part of the request form contains a list of standardized reports from which the applicant needs to select the reports according to more closely defined data selection criteria for each individual report:

Submission of special user requests for data delivery

The authorized person submits the special request to the SBRA which must contain the following:

  • information on the user;
  • the explanation from which it can be determined that the requested data are within the scope of work from its material, i.e. territorial jurisdiction;
  • purpose and method of data use;
  • method of data delivery;
  • seal of the user and signature of the authorized person if the request is submitted in printed form, i.e. electronic signature of the authorized person or electronic seal of the user if the request is submitted in electronic form.

Specific user requests for data and reports that, in terms of their structure, complexity and volume, are not standardized, i.e. envisaged in the Decision on the type, volume and mode of delivery of data and documents made available free of charge to state bodies and organizations, provincial bodies and local government units and the compilation of which requires additional processing of individual and aggregate data, or a combination of data from various registers and records, as well as the special deployment of human and material resources, are approved by the SBRA’s director, based on the user’s reasoned request, taking into account SBRA’s capacities.

Important

Requests for the processing and delivery of data and documents on the basis of which it cannot be established whether the requested data and documents are relevant for the performance of tasks under the user’s purview, will not be processed and the user will be notified thereof within 5 days as of the date of submission of the request.

Data delivery

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) delivers individual and aggregate data from each individual register, i.e. records in electronic format.

Deadlines for processing and delivery of data and documents

The SBRA processes the requests are delivers the data and documents within 30 days as of the date of receipt of the request, or as of the date of publication of the data on the SBRA’s website.

The deadlines for the delivery of data according to specific requests are determined by the SBRA’s director, and the Agency duly informs the applicants thereof.
