Submitting a request for access and use of the Web Portal for data delivery
The user’s authorized person fills out and submits the correct request for access and use of the Web Portal for data delivery to the SBRA.
The Web Portal for the delivery of SBRA data provides integrated access to all registered and recorded original and methodologically processed data on legal entities and entrepreneurs, in a fast, simple and flexible way, in real time and with the possibility of using various advanced functionalities and smart searches. Submitting a request for data delivery via the Agency's web service
The authorized person submits the special request to the SBRA via the web service which must contain the following:
- information on the user;
- the explanation from which it can be determined that the requested data are within the scope of work from its material, i.e. territorial jurisdiction;
- purpose and method of data use;
- seal of the user and signature of the authorized person if the request is submitted in printed form, i.e. electronic signature of the authorized person or electronic seal of the user if the request is submitted in electronic form.
Access to the Web Portal for data delivery and web service and their use is granted by the Director of the Agency.
