Certificates and transcripts of certificates of public disclosure of a financial statement from the Register of Financial Statements are issued according to the user’s request for all legal entities and entrepreneurs.

Certificates from the Register of Financial Statements may contain information that the financial statement for a particular legal entity or an entrepreneur was not filed or publicly disclosed for a specific year, information about the size of a legal entity in a specific reporting year, information that solvency report or scoring is not available for a particular legal entity or entrepreneur, etc.

Ordering

Certificates are available to all users – legal entities and individuals after effecting the payment of the appropriate fee.

Transcripts of certificates of public disclosure of a financial statement or documentation accompanying that financial statement can be issued only at the request of the user to whom the certificate relates.

Certificates and transcripts of certificates can be ordered in person, by post or electronically (via e-mail bonitet@apr.gov.rs).

Request can be submitted on the prescribed form FI-REQUEST 2-Request for issuing a certificate from the Register of Financial Statements or, in free form and must contain the following elements:

  • elements for the user identification - name of the legal entity / entrepreneur or name and surname of the individual, registration number, address, contact information
  • matter of the certificate and basic identification data about the legal entity or entrepreneur for whom the information in the certificate is provided.

The request for a transcript of the certificate of public disclosure of a financial statement must be signed by the legal representative of the legal entity or entrepreneur to whom the certificate refers.

The request for an issuing certificate from the Register of Financial Statements can also be submitted electronically via the Agency's website eOrdering of reports and certificates.

After receiving a properly filled request, the user will be sent a proforma invoice for the payment of the fee, with all necessary elements (recipient account number for the payment of the fee to the SBRA, payment code, fee amount). Certificates are issued to the users when the payment has been recorded (based on a statement of daily payments), after acceptance of the advance invoice by the user (for users subject to the Law on Electronic Invoicing), in the manner defined by the request (in person, by post or by e-mail).
