Pursuant to the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, No. 35, of 18 March 2020) and until the end of the proclaimed state of emergency or the adoption of an additional act of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian Business Registers Agency suspends direct contacts with its customers at the counters of the Agency.
The Agency has enabled the smooth continuation of the activities within its competence, while respecting all legal deadlines for decision-making.
Customers can continue using the following SBRA e-services: e-Registration of incorporation of a single- and multi-member LTD, e-Incorporation of Sole Proprietors, e-Construction permits, e-Submission of financial statements and e-filing with The Central Records of Beneficial Owners.
All other registration applications, documentation and requests should be submitted in paper form, through postal operators.
The prescribed application forms are published on the Agency's website, in the section Registers and ‘Forms‘. However, the Agency shall also accept all written submissions made in free form that unequivocally show the reason of the request.
The most accurate and up-to-date information on the procedures and documentation required for registration, as well as registration application forms, models of acts and information on fees are published on the Agency's website, where the flow of receipt and processing of each individual case can be monitored via the page Search - Data search on filed applications for registration and appeals.
