On the occasion of the state holiday - New Year, the Serbian Business Registers Agency will be closed on Monday, 1 January and Tuesday, 2 January 2024, in accordance with the Law on State and Other Holidays in the Republic of Serbia.

As of today, a special software application has been launched on the Serbian Business Registers Agency’s eServices Portal, enabling the submission of all applications for the changes to data as well as the deletion of sole proprietors.

Within the Media Register, on the Serbian Business Registers Agency’s website, a list of 482 media that have not registered all the data prescribed by the new Law on Public Information and Media has been updated.

In the first six months since the entry into force of the provisions of the Law on the Registration Procedure with the Serbian Business Registers Agency, which introduced mandatory electronic registration of the incorporation of companies, 4,062 companies were incorporated from 17 May 2023 through the portal for the electronic registration of business entities.
