SERBIAN BUSINESS REGISTERS AGENCY (SBRA) HOSTS A WORKSHOP ON PROCUREMENT POLICIES AND RULES IN PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS FINANCED BY THE EBRD

The Director of the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES) - Mojca Kunšek, MSc, and the Director of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) - Zvonko Obradović, signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which aims at establishing a framework for cooperation in the implementation of joint activities.The cooperation will include the exchange of available data and information, the provision of solvency-related services and assigning a global Legal Entity Identifier (LEI Code), initiating and participating in the regional and EU projects, as well as the implementation of the Project for the establishment of the Regional business registers portal supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.In addition, the MoU covers cooperation in the provision of registration and analytical services to public and private sector, the promotion of technological platform and modelling of business processes, the exchange of experiences in the registry and institutional management, as well as in improving data security and data processing.
