On the occasion of the state holiday - New Year, the Serbian Business Registers Agency will be closed on Monday, 2 January and Tuesday, 3 January 2023, in accordance with the Law on State and Other Holidays in the Republic of Serbia.

Business entities and citizens who wish to use the electronic services of the Serbian Business Registers Agency, such as the “eSubmission of Financial Statements”, “eRegistration of Bidders”, “eIncorporation of Limited Liability Companies and Sole Proprietors”, “eConstruction Permits”, “eRecording of Beneficial Owners”, and other services available on the Agency's eServices portal, but who did not have a SBRA user account until now, should, starting 16 January 2023, create a user account through the eID.gov.rs portal for electronic identification, after which they will be automatically redirected to the SBRA system.

As of 1 January 2023, all business entities will be able to register in the Register of Bidders electronically, significantly saving time and money, because they will no longer have to collect all certificates in person from different service windows of various state authorities.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency has published the “Annual Report on the Performance of the Real Sector Consolidated Groups in 2021”. The publication is based on the data comprised in the 2020 and 2021 consolidated annual financial statements submitted to the Agency by the parent companies according to the law governing accounting.
