Pursuant to the provision of Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on the Application of Time Limits in Administrative Proceedings (RS Official Gazette, No. 41/20), which entered into force on 24 March 2020, the parties cannot bear the consequences of not complying with the statutory time limits during the state of emergency in the Republic of Serbia, so this provision will also be taken into account when assessing the timeliness of registration applications, appeals and other legal remedies.

It is already known that, until the end of the state of emergency, customers can use the available eServices of the Serbian Business Registers Agency to register the establishment of sole proprietors, single-member and multi-member LTDs, as well as financial leasing contracts. The Central Register of Integrated Procedures for issuance of eConstruction permits, as well as the special information system for the submission of electronic financial statements and the Central Records of Beneficial Owners will also remain available.

All other registration applications, documentation and requests should be submitted in paper form, through postal operators.
