Although the trend of establishing business entities has improved compared to April, the number of entities established in May did not reach the February level.

According to the SBRA’s data, 635 companies and 2,295 sole proprietors were established in May, while 792 companies and 3,668 sole proprietors had been established in May last year.

At the same time, 95 companies and 773 sole proprietors were struck off the Register of Business Entities in May, while 555 companies and 2,079 sole proprietors had been struck off in the same month last year.

In the first five months, 3,646 companies and 9,113 sole proprietors were registered, while in the same period last year, 3,891 companies and 14,989 sole proprietors had been established.

At the same time, 1,388 companies and 7,798 sole proprietors were struck off the Register in the first five months, while 1,548 companies and 9,623 sole proprietors had been struck off in the same period last year.

Through the eIncorporation service, 497 LLCs and 618 sole proprietors were established in five months, while the number of electronic incorporations increased by 28% compared to the same period last year (117 LLCs and 753 sole proprietors).
