The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all interested parties that the reception of regular annual financial statements for 2019 was completed on 4 August 2020. Within the prescribed deadline, a total of 268,056 statements were submitted.
Please note that all obligors who, for some reason, did not submit the regular annual financial statements for 2019 within the prescribed deadline can submit them to the Agency with a delay, no later than 31/12/2020, and pay the public disclosure fee that is increased on the grounds of untimely submission.
Also, please note that all obligors, whose regular annual financial statements for 2019 have been publicly disclosed as correct, and who subsequently determine materially significant errors by the end of 2020, may replace those statements, as well as the relevant documentation published with those statements.
We use this opportunity to inform once again all parent legal entities that are obliged to compile and submit consolidated annual financial statements for 2019 for an economic unit that the deadline for submission of these statements shall expire on 3 September 2020. So far, 138 of these statements have been submitted.
All information on the manner of submission of all types of statements prescribed by the Law, including replacements thereof, is available on the website of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (www.apr.gov.rs), in the section “Financial Statements” - “Instructions for the submission of financial statements for 2019 and the contents thereof”, i.e. “Replacement of the publicly disclosed financial statements and documentation”.
