As at 19 March 2021, 180,743 natural persons have been registered as beneficial owners with the Serbian Business Registers Agency.
According to citizenship, the beneficial owners are mostly domestic nationals (89.65%), while 10.34% are foreigners.
By the aforesaid date, slightly more than 85% of the registered entities had entered their data in the Central Records of Beneficial Owners.
