The Serbian Business Registers Agency herein reminds all business entities controlling one or more legal entities, as well as those obligated according to the Law on Accounting to submit the consolidated annual financial statement for 2020, of the expiry of the submission deadline - Monday, 2 August 2021.
All information and/or instructions relating to compiling and submitting consolidated annual financial statements for 2020 are available in the form of rules, technical and user instructions on the Agency's website, within the Financial Statements Register section.
