The joint regional business registry platform BIFIDEX, whose member is the Serbian Business Registers Agency, is available for use at its full capacity.
The BIFIDEX platform is a regional platform for the analytics of business and financial data of companies from the Western Balkan region and enables access to all statutory and financial data of approximately 1.5 million companies and persons from the official registries of Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republic of Srpska).
The platform www.BIFIDEX.com enables its users to analyze the entire regional market by industries and its financial indicators, as well as to compare the financial performances of different companies. The platform also enables the reception of integral pieces of information regarding the connected legal entities and natural persons across the region.
Data is obtained in real time queried directly from the official databases of the registries and is available in all official languages of the countries who are members of the platform as well as in English, while financial analytics is available in all local currencies and in Euros.
BIFIDEX provides notifications to the interested users whenever changes of data about companies or their owners and directors occur in the official registries.
In addition to the searches of basic data on the companies and persons, which are free of charge, every newly registered user of BIFIDEX receives a free annual promotional subscription to use a limited number of services, upon whose expiration subscription users can use some of the commercial subscriptions.
The BIFIDEX platform has been developed since 2017 as a regional initiative, aimed at increasing transparency, legal certainty and facilitating business in the wider regional market of the Western Balkans. This initiative is supported by all governments of the registry members and was developed and financed with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the UK Good Governance Fund.
Along with the regional connection of its data to the BIFIDEX platform, the Serbian Business Registers Agency has enabled the issuance of data from its registers and continues to improve other services for its users through further digitalization and the introduction of new services to facilitate business in Serbia.
