A number of bidders, registered in the Register of Bidders, have contacted the Serbian Business Registers Agency recently wishing to be re-entered into this Register.
The Agency hereby refers all interested parties to the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, which does not prescribe the obligation to re-register in the Register of Bidders maintained by the Agency. However, this legal obligation refers to the renewal of the application on the Public Procurement Portal, which is managed by the Office for Public Procurement.
