With the aim of providing financial support to young people starting a business, and upon the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, the Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the “Financial Support Programme for Young People Starting a Business”.

Eligible applicants for the public call, published on the Development Fund’s Portal, include sole proprietors, micro, and small companies registered no earlier than 1 January 2019, whose founder and legal representative is a person aged 20 to 35 years.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) will continuously provide legal assistance regarding the registration procedure in the Register of Business Entities, both to already registered potential beneficiaries of the Programme and to young individuals who wish to start their business as a sole proprietor or company.

Legal assistance for all users of registration services is available every business day at the Agency’s head office in Belgrade (Brankova 25), from 9:00 to 11:30 AM. At the Agency’s offices in Rakovica (Oslobodjenja 1B), as well as at the SBRA’s organisational units in Novi Sad (Modene 7) and Kragujevac (Cara Lazara 15), legal assistance is provided from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

In addition to the website, the Agency provides information on the registration procedure via email (info@apr.gov.rs) and through the Info Centre (011 418 1000).
