The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all users that the receipt of regular annual financial statements for 2024 has been successfully completed within the legally-prescribed deadline. Approximately 288,000 requests for public disclosure of financial statements or documentation were submitted through the Agency's special information system, of which 89% of the submitted requests refer to regular annual financial statements, and 11% to statements of inactivity.
Obliged entities that have not submitted their financial statements or statements of inactivity for 2024, within the prescribed deadline, can submit them to the Agency by the end of the current year (31 December, 2025), upon payment of an increased fee for public disclosure due to untimely submission of the statement.
