The service is available via the Agency's official website and enables users to obtain information immediately, without waiting for a Service Desk operator or independently searching through technical instructions on the website.
The agent provides the user with technical information only.
For legal and professional advice, on-duty staff lawyers at the Agency’s premises or the competent registers and services remain responsible, via the Info Center e-mail.
