The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) will take part in the International Entrepreneurship Fair Business Base 2008 scheduled to take place between 27 and 29 November 2008 at the Belgrade Fair, under the slogan “Step towards success”.
The objective of SBRA’s participation in the entrepreneurship fair, which is a point of contact between small- and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs with the institutions that focus on enterprise development, is to inform the public about the way enterprises and businesses are registered. Future business owners who wish to apply for loans to purchase the necessary equipment and machines can learn about the advantages of registering a pledge on movable property and rights, which serves as a security for startup loans, in the Register of Pledges.
One of the side events of the fair will be a presentation by Serbian Business Registers Agency Director Zvonko Obradović, who will talk about Electronic Registration and One Stop Shop System on 28 November at 1:30 p.m. Namely, once the certification of electronic signatures starts, SBRA will finally be able to fully implement the system of online registration. Director Zvonko Obradović will also inform the public about the steps the Agency will take in the following period so that registration of business entities can take place at a single reception desk in SBRA as of next year.
