The Serbian Business Registers Agency informs all interested parties that a special information system of the Agency, which enables a unique procedure of entering, controlling, signing and submitting consolidated financial statements of all groups of legal entities and the prescribed documentation for the year 2019, is available as of today - 28 April 2020. The parent legal entities that have control over one or more legal entities (subordinate or subsidiary legal entity) are obliged to submit the aforesaid financial statements to the Agency only in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature of the legal representative of the parent legal entity, using the special information system.
Please be reminded that the deadline for submission of the consolidated financial statements for the year 2019 has been postponed exceptionally this year pursuant to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, so that it expires not later than 120 days from the date of termination of the state of emergency.
