The requirements for deletion of the registered bidders from the SBRA’s Register of Bidders, who have not submitted documentation proving the non-existence of the grounds for exclusion from the public procurement procedure, were met on 1 July 2020.

After processing all submitted applications for issuance of a certificate of the non-existence of the grounds for exclusion from the public procurement procedure, the Registrar of the Register of Bidders shall, ex officio, issue a certificate of deletion from the Register.

Until a certificate of deletion from the Register is issued, all registered bidders may submit an application for obtaining a certificate of the non-existence of the grounds for exclusion from the public procurement procedure. Upon deletion, they may submit an application for re-registration in the Register of Bidders.
