As of today, notices on the initiated settlement procedures and out-of-court sales can also be accessed through the electronic noticeboard of the Pledge Register. The Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Pledge on Movable Assets Registered in the Pledge Register (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 31/2019) prescribes that notices of intent to settle and notices of the place and time of an out-of-court sale shall have to be published. The notices published since 7 May 2019, when the said Law came into force, are now available on the electronic Noticeboard of the Pledge Register, which can be accessed in the section “Data Search - Other Searches”.
