A session of the Property and Investment Alliance, an expert working body of NALED, was held at the Serbian Business Registers Agency. The Alliance deals with issues related to business operations of companies, bankruptcy, enforcement proceedings and civil procedures, pledge right, land rights conversion, planning and construction, property taxes and other related topics.
Dušan Vučković, the Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Economy, informed members of NALED, representatives of the economy and various institutions, as well as local self-government units and the civil sector, about the regulatory activities of the Ministry, which were undertaken with an aim to improve the business environment and conditions, with emphasis on the Company Law novelties.
The Director of the Serbian Business Registers Agency, Milan Lučić, the Registrars Tanja Vukotić Marinković, Ružica Stamenković, Nives Čulić, as well as the Deputy Registrar, Marija Pajić, informed the members attending the meeting about the current activities of the Agency and its plans for 2022 relating to the implementation and further improvement of the Central Register of Integrated Procedures for the issuance of construction ePermits, the introduction of electronic applications for registration of pledge rights, the Financial Leasing Register’s shift to online operation, the novelties in the field of financial reporting, as well as the establishment of the Cultural Institutions Register and commencement of electronic registration of business entities.
The Coordinator of the Property/Investment unit of NALED, Jasmina Radovanović, informed the attendees about the current initiatives of the Alliance. Aleksandar Vujošević, Neoplanta, shared information related to conversion, while Adis Berberović, NALED, presented the users panel of the Distribution System Operator (DSO).
