The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all interested customers that the deadline for submitting the regular annual financial statements for 2021, whose balance sheet date is 31 December 2021, shall expire on Thursday, 31 March 2022, at midnight. 

As at 29 March 2022, 190,000 legal entities and entrepreneurs have fulfilled their obligation and submitted the said financial statements, in accordance with the Law on Accounting. Around 90,000 more statements are expected to be submitted by the deadline.

Having in mind the fact that a large number of obligated entities will submit their statements on the last day of the deadline, the Agency has organized on-call duty in the Register of Financial Statements and the Service Desk on Thursday, 31 March, until midnight, when the deadline for submission of the statements expires, in order to provide professional assistance in compiling and submitting financial statements as well as technical support to users working in the information system, which the Agency regularly provides on working days. It will be possible to contact the Agency by phone until 3 p.m. while after that it will be possible only via e-mail.

This is also to remind the Agency’s customers that all relevant information and instructions regarding the submission of the regular annual financial statements for 2021, in the form of rules and technical and user instructions, are available on the Agency's website, within the section “Financial Statements Register”. The Agency hereby invites its customers to email any questions they might have to the following e-mail addresses:

  • for complaints dealing with updating the status data or data on the legal representative: obveznicifi@apr.gov.rs;
  • for issues related to the application of the PIS FI system, access to the system or problems with signing: sd@apr.gov.rs, and
  • for requests for additional explanations regarding the submission of statements that are not available on the Agency's website or in the user instructions for compiling and submitting the statements: finizvestaji@apr.gov.rs.

Aiming to organize the work more efficiently and respond to questions in a timely manner, the Agency hereby invites all obligated entities submitting financial statements to opt for the correct e-mail address for their questions, depending on the nature of the questions themselves.
