The receipt of regular annual financial statements for 2021 was successfully completed at midnight, 31 March 2022. A total of 272,703 statements were submitted electronically within the legally prescribed deadline, 243,022 of which were regular annual financial statements and 29,681 were statements of inactivity.

The Agency notes that all obliged entities that have not submitted a regular annual financial statement for 2021 within the prescribed deadline can submit it in the upcoming period. However, they will need to pay the fee for the untimely submission of the above-said statement.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all interested users that it has enabled the receipt of consolidated annual financial statements for 2021, whose deadline for submission is, exceptionally this year, 4 May 2021.

Additionally, the Agency has enabled the receipt of the Documentation accompanying the regular annual financial statement for obliged entities that have a duty to audit their financial statements, but who did not submit it along with the regular annual financial statement. The deadline for the submission of said documentation is 30 June 2022. The precondition for submitting the Documentation accompanying the regular annual financial statement through the system is that the previously submitted statement is publicly disclosed as complete and computationally accurate.
