On 1 January 2023, the Decision on Fees for Registration and Other Services Provided by the Serbian Business Registers Agency entered into force. All business entities which have a registered e-mail address at the Agency have been notified of this.
The new Decision prescribes fees for the new electronic services that the Agency is introducing with the aim that electronic applications will gradually replace registration applications and documentation that, until now, could only be submitted in paper form. The fees for most existing electronic services remained unchanged, such as the fees for the registration of financial statements, while other fees for electronic services were increased slightly.
The fees for registration and other services provided by the Agency based on registration applications submitted in paper form have increased by 6.0% on average and have not been changed since 2014.
