The Serbian Business Registers Agency informs its customers that the New RULEBOOK ON THE CONTENT OF THE BUSINESS ENTITIES REGISTER AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION (RS Official Gazette, No. 63/2023) entered into force on 5 August 2023, whereby the RULEBOOK ON THE CONTENT OF THE BUSINESS ENTITIES REGISTER AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION (RS Official Gazette, No. 42/2016) ceased to be valid.
