In recent weeks, several users contacted the Serbian Business Registers Agency with reports of receiving a letter and a payment slip for the amount of RSD 4,800 for registration in the "Business Database".
The Agency hereby warns business entities that the material they received did not originate from the SBRA.
The Agency carries out the procedure of registration in the Register of Business Entities, in accordance with the law, meaning that companies and entrepreneurs are obliged to be registered in the official register kept by the Agency, while the registration in other databases maintained by companies and other legal entities in the country is voluntary.
