Entities obliged to submit financial statements are hereby informed that, as of today, 30 January 2026, the compiling and submission of financial statements, i.e. documentation for 2025, has been enabled. Access to the application is provided via the Agency’s Special Information System ("PIS FI Agencije").

On the Agency’s website, within the Financial Statements Register section, information is available on new developments in submitting financial statements for 2025, the conditions, methods and deadlines for submitting statements, the amended fees for the public disclosure of statements, the classification of legal entities and entrepreneurs, as well as groups of legal entities, etc. In addition, users have access to user guides relating to updating the data recorded about them in the Records of Obliged Entities, submitting an inactivity statement, regular annual financial statements and other types of statements and related documentation, instructions for signing with a qualified electronic signature or a cloud-based certificate, and more.

All obliged entities are invited to verify the accuracy and up-to-dateness of their data in the Records of Obliged Entities prior to compiling and submitting financial statements. Entrepreneurs who, in 2025, began keeping business books under the double-entry bookkeeping system are also obliged to record themselves into the Records as well.

Moreover, the Agency hereby invites its customers to email any additional questions they might have to the following e-mail addresses:

  • obveznicifi@apr.gov.rs - for complaints dealing with updating the status data,
  • sd@apr.gov.rs - for issues related to the application of the PIS FI system, access to the system or problems with signing,
