Pursuant to the obligations stipulated under the Company Law (Official Gazette of RS No 36/2011, 99/2011) and the Law on the procedure of registration with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (Official Gazette of RS No 099/2011, of 27 December 2011), SBRA has made several changes in the database that consequently prompted significant changes in its online data search service. These changes are a result of the significant changes made to the structure of the database on companies, entrepreneurs and other legal entities on 1 February 2012. At the same time, the Agency also migrated existing data into a new structure, and automatically harmonized company business names in line with the provisions of the new Company Law.In accordance with the above, the Agency also redesigned data on companies, entrepreneurs and other legal entities and expanded the volume of data that will be published on the Agency’s website in the future.
