The Government of the Republic of Serbia has raised the fee for the company code, which is assigned to a business entity upon registration, to RSD 1,750. The fee was increased as of 30 January 2009 in conformity with the Law on Amendments and Changes to the Law on Administrative Fees of the Republic (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 5/09).
The fee for obtaining a company code is paid to the account of the Budget of the Republic of Serbia. The account number is 840-742221843-57, payment Model is 97, while the Reference Number is a code that can be found in the list of municipalities in the section Companies-Instructions-Registration of this website.
The fees charged by the Serbian Business Registers Agency have not changed.
