The Serbian Business Registers Agency enjoys a reputation with business entities primarily since the registration procedure is carried out in a fast, efficient and transparent manner and the registered data are published on the Business Entities Register's webpage of the Agency's website: www.apr.gov.rs. This website is the second most visited among state authorities in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia, given that a large number of entrepreneurs and citizens rely on publicly available data registered with the SBRA.

Unlike the Business Entities Register, which is maintained by the Serbian Business Registers Agency in accordance with the law, the registration on the website called “Privredni-registar.rs” has no benefit for businesses, except for the questionable way of advertising.

We hereby inform our customers that the Agency has informed the competent state bodies - the Ministry of Interior, the Third Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade and the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade-Special Department for Combating High-Tech Crime - about a new attempt to deceive the public and mislead business entities regarding the nature of commercial services that a company provides to business entities in the market.

Due to the registration of the domestic internet domain “privredni-registar.rs”, which misleads business entities that it is the Serbian Business Registers Agency's Business Entities Register, the Agency has also addressed the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS).

25. September 2020. Business entities are warned that the offer for entry in “Privredni-registar.rs” does not come from the Serbian Business Registers Agency 05. October 2020.
