The founders of private medical practice are required under Article 8 of the Law on the Procedure of Registration with the Serbian Business Registers Agency and Article 53 of the Rulebook on the Content of the Business Entities Register and Documents Required for Registration to apply for registration of an annotation on the weekly work schedule, start and end of the working hours, by 11 October 2020.

As of 11 October 2020, according to Article 56 paragraph 3 of the Health Care Law, the sole proprietors conducting medical private practice, as well as healthcare facilities, shall be required to report to the SBRA their weekly work schedule, start and end of the working hours so that these data can be registered and published within the Register of Business Entities.

As of 11 October 2020, a private medical practice shall be registered with the Register of Business Entities, while its data will be ex officio integrated with the data on health facilities, within the Integrated Records of Health Operators, which will start to be kept in the Agency, along with the Register of Health Facilities.

The working hours of a medical private practice are to be reported by submitting an Application Form for Registration of Changes in Data on a Sole Proprietor Registered with the Register of Business Entities - Mandatory Data + Appendix 14 (“Annotations”), along with proof of payment of the registration fee of RSD 750.
