Legal entities and sole proprietors that are the subjects of application of the Law on Accounting and that have not yet submitted their regular annual financial statements for 2020 and the prescribed documentation, are hereby informed that the submission deadline shall expire on Wednesday, 30 June 2021, at midnight.

In the next three days, i.e. by the said deadline, we expect that around 25,000 obligated entities will submit their regular annual financial statements accompanied by the prescribed documentation.

As at 27 June 2021, 250,000 obligated entities have submitted the said financial statements, and out of those:

  • around 190,000 simultaneously submitted regular annual financial statements and data for statistical purposes,
  • nearly 29,000 submitted statements of inactivity, and
  • more than 30,000 only submitted their regular annual financial statements.

Having in mind the fact that a large number of obligated entities will prepare and submit their statements on the last day of the deadline, the Serbian Business Registers Agency has organized on-call duty in the Register of Financial Statements and the Service Desk on Wednesday, 30 June, until midnight, when the deadline for submission of the statements expires, in order to provide professional assistance in compiling and submitting financial statements and technical support, which the Agency regularly provides on working days.

This is also to remind that all relevant information and instructions regarding the submission of the regular annual financial statements for 2020, in the form of rules, technical and user instructions, as well as video instructions, are available on the Agency's website, within the section “Financial Statements Register”. The Agency hereby invites its customers to email any questions they might have to the following e-mail addresses:

  • for complaints dealing with updating the status data or data on the legal representative: obveznicifi@apr.gov.rs;
  • for issues related to the application of the PIS FI system or problems with signing: sd@apr.gov.rs, and
  • for requests for additional explanations regarding the submission of statements that are not available on the Agency's website and in the user instructions for compiling and submitting the statements: finizvestaji@apr.gov.rs.

Aiming to organize the work more efficiently and respond to questions in a timely manner, the Agency hereby invites all obligated entities submitting financial statements to opt for the correct e-mail address for their questions, depending on the nature of the questions themselves.

Finally, we once again draw the attention of customers who have paid the fee for processing and public disclosure of the regular annual financial statement and the prescribed documentation, not to wait for the fee to be matched with the case in the Special Information System of the Agency, but to attach the scanned payment slip to the intended place in the System and submit the prepared statement.
