Reception of 2020 regular annual financial statements was completed successfully at midnight, 30 June 2021. A total of 274,635 statements were filed electronically within the legal deadline.
The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs all obligated entities that failed to file their 2020 regular annual financial statements by the prescribed deadline to submit them no later than 31 December 2021. Due to untimely submission, such entities shall pay the increased financial statements public disclosure fee.
By 30 June 2021, 241,807 financial statements have been published on the Agency’s website, all of which have been received, processed and accepted as computationally accurate and correct and accompanied by the prescribed documentation.
