Obliged entities who sign financial statements and documentation with the help of the NexU application should use the latest NexU 1.36 version of the application, in order to avoid problems related to the visibility of certain pages of the submitted document or data about the signer.
If documents are signed in the cloud, please note that a visual representation of the signature is mandatory. We recommend that you fill in the data in pdf format (primarily statements of inactivity) in the Adobe Acrobat Reader application, in order to ensure the correctness of the format of the created document.
In accordance with the Rulebook on the Conditions and Manner of Public Disclosure of Financial Statements and Keeping the Register of Financial Statements, obliged entities are required to sign the request for public disclosure of financial statements and electronic documents using the Agency’s special application for signing electronic documents (NexU), i.e. through an application that enables the signature in the cloud.
