The receipt of regular annual financial statements for 2023 was successfully completed at midnight, 1 April 2024. Approximately 284,000 requests for the public disclosure of financial statements, i.e. documentantion were submitted via the Agency's Special Information System within the legally prescribed deadline, 89% of which were related to regular annual financial statements and 11% to statements of inactivity. So far, the Agency has processed and publicly disclosed on its website as accurate around 148,000 statements, i.e. statements of inactivity.

The Agency notes that all obliged entities that have not submitted their financial statement or statement of inactivity for 2023 within the prescribed deadline can submit it in the upcoming period. However, they will need to pay the fee for the untimely submission of the above-said statement.
